What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Inside Dhaka Metro we Use Oditiya Express & Outside Dhaka we use Sundarban Courier.
Inside Dhaka you will get home delivery no matter what payment method you choose.For Outside Dhaka We'll send your products to the nearby courier service office and you have to collect those from there

Note: We Accept Cash on Delivery only inside Dhaka Metro Area

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We try to deliver as fast as possible.All the ordered products are given to delivery at 4pm.If you order after 4 pm this will be given to delivery on the next working day. Inside Dhaka the delivery may occur 2-3 days & outside Dhaka delivery may occur 3-5 days.

What are the Shipping Costs?

The shipping charge is usually 60 BDT inside Dhaka Metro & 120 BDT outside Dhaka which may sometimes increase with the weight of the package.

Do you give free shipping?

Yes we provide free shipping with order amount exceeds 5000 BDT. You can also pick up free from our shop.

We use safe payment using bkash,rocket & direct Bank transfer.Inside Dhaka Metro We also accept Cash on Delivery.

Our Order Placing is very simple.Just visit our website.Select the product you wanted to buy & click add to cart.After successful add to cart click checkout icon on top .Here you will find proceed to payment & delivery information to receive products

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

No products can be cancelled if it's picked for delivery.You can cancel or change before it picked up.To change or cancel please message us on facebook chatbot inside this website or directly call at our hotline : 096-382-96478 (10 am - 6 pm)

Do I need an account to place an order?

For successful order status checking you need to create an account.We will generate your account while you order on the website.If you don't want to order online you can also order through facebook messenger & hotline.

How Do I Track My Order?

We have a comprehensive tracking on our website. You will find Order track button on our website right top corner & on your account menu. We also send you delivery company's order tracking status with email to check the real time update.

How Can I Return a Product?

If the product is not what you ordered for or the product does not match with the description, then you can return that product instantly.We accept returns for only fresh condition we given to you.If you installed it used it anywhere, We cannot accept returns on purchased items that had electrical power applied to them, or programmed or soldered, changed, or affected in any way.If products are in fresh condition contact us within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery. After such time, all sales are considered as final.

Is There any Warranty or Guaranty?

We import all the quality products and each items are Quality checked by us before packed for delivery. Since we do not get any Warranty or Guaranty from manufactures we are not allowed to give Warranty or Guaranty.But we ensure you product quality are up to mark.
